filling in the gaps
My wife, who is a long time crafter and online seller, came to me asking if I could design and build some websites for her fellow crafting friends. They were a little envious that she had such a great website, and they were struggling to build their own websites, without the results they desired. We quickly discovered that even $500 was out of reach for many small, at-home businesses. I rounded up some of my web developer friends and we went to work building a platform that would be cost effective enough to offer websites at prices EVERYONE can afford. Thus backerton was formed.

The beauty is once we really got going we discovered that our platform was powerful enough to handle just about any size website. We found ourselves using our ready-to-use platform for websites that we used to custom program. So It doesnt matter if you are a stay at home mom just wanting to sell some handmade clothing, or a large company wanting to sell 1000's of products, we can handle it.

just a bunch of kids at heart
When it gets right down to it we are all just a bunch of grown-up kids having fun creating, good, functional websites. We set out to produce high quality, professional, websites that people would be proud to show off.
