Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods: We Ship everything via USPS Ground. Which is generally 2-3 days transit time.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please check the shipping options available at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns Policy
Return Eligibility: You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Some items, such as personalized or clearance items, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product description for specific return eligibility.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@backerton.com to request a return authorization. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your request.
- Prepare the Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the Package: Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. We will process your exchange as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at orders@backerton.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
